Cant easily add name to new number

The App itself works and the quality of the phone line is great most of the time.
But why is the APP INTERFACE SO CRAPPY??? I am scrolling around for 29 minutes to find any button to add a name to a new phone number, but NO there is none!! How will come later know what this number was? Why make it so difficult??? I should be able to add a name on the Profile of that fixed line number, but no, I cant add a name or a photo even! Huge WASTE OF MY TIME! And I PAY FOR SKYPE, not free!
