Frustration

Dont know whats happening, about 3-5 updates ago it worked like perfectly fine 90% of the time but now it crashes everytime. it is slow to load, cannot handle adding people, and crashes within moments of a call. I dont know what you guys did but skype is becoming nearly unusable. I know its not my phone because my phone is new, in good condition, has more space than I can use, and fast as the day of purchase. PLEASE FIX !!
