TERRIBLE parental control locks

I just submitted a fake 2017 date for the birthday for my business Skype account, then Skype not only locked me out of using the service on the app, but also required me to provide my credit card info and CHARGED ME MONEY in order to grant my access again!!!
First of all, I dont want to reveal my birthdate on my business skype account!
Second, this is an AWFUL design of parental control and TERRIBLE user experience.
Please re-design!
