Eternally "Connecting"

My connection is fine, everything else is working great but not Skype. Connecting. Wont go online. One day it just decided to take a sh**. Re-installing the app, restarting the iPhone 7 Plus, setting a different DNS server, turning the firewall off on the router, ect... Its just broken.
