Issues

Skype works fine on my iPod touch but on my iPhone SE I must have my video turned on to hear the other person speaking, otherwise its as if the other person is muted.
During other calls sometimes the other person cannot hear me unless I turn my camera on but when I do that all I get is loud static.
All of my other apps work perfectly speaker and sound work perfectly. The problem only if exists with Skype.
