Functional but ugly as sin

I dont know who designed this app and who approved it, but its literally one of the ugliest apps Ive ever used. It has two themes, both of which are terrible. Its literally hard to tell which messages are read and which are unread. Text is too big on large phones. Just all around a major downgrade from the previous UI (which wasnt amazing but at least didnt get in the way of usability like this one does).

Aside from that, its fairly functional. Notifications are good and the app opens decently quickly.
