No longer usable in latest update

Where to begin, if like me you woke up with an important call in the pipeline to this new update youd know how i feel...

The latest update looks like an unfinished art school project. The UX is counterintuitive, the design is horrid - i get it skype/microsoft you like snapchat and wana be just like it, you wana be pretty and use pretty colours and simple geometry! But why at the cost of functionality?!?!

But come on! At least roll out somethin useable! This is such a bad update. If there is an internet God, please pass this message to the big wig who okayed this horrid update.
