Unusable. Zero stars

What did you do? Defaults to speaker (cant change), I enter the home number and it matches a contact but calls them using a different number, my contacts have been screwed up and I cant amend them
Please uninstall and give me back something that works!
Update: still so upset about this. How do I know if Im calling a cellphone and not their computer?
