Horrible new update

Sick and tired of the constant changes. This most recent design is the worst. Customer service has no idea about the update, they cannot help at all. One call not returned, after 4 cut offs a person who barely spoke English.
I cannot use the new design as is. I need help. I do not want to chat, Skype was perfect and simple to use. Very bad, not user friendly at all
