Old Skype is better

Really surprised at how frustrating Skype has became to use. This is a "Microsoft Vista" deja-va that software iteration turned into a customer frustration. Some suggestions for "improvements" include bringing back features previously available.

Sort contacts by active and non-active on Skype
Be discreet and allow user to call by Earpiece, not Speakerphone, by default.

Oh, and some usage studies across different groups of users might help.
