2 out of 3 calls wont connect

Its been like that for a while, but only got worse with latest new changes. I place a call out to a phone number, it never connects or rings. If I get lucky it works.

And whos idea was it to turn on speaker every time I place a call? Its ridiculous. I have to turn it off every time I call. Reinstalling doesnt help.

Pretty crappy app.
