Skype for iPhone App Reviews

I try to sign in to my account knowing my email and password but it dosent even let me sign in

Skype is the crapiest app I have ever had. First of all it messed up my entire Microsoft account. Second of all I can get in because of its retarded age policy. Gfkys. And it made me have to rate one star but really it doesnt get one at all????????

Love the option of Skype with friends and family who are unable to FaceTime.

Any account related issue takes a minimum of 24 hours to even address. 72 hours have gone by with no resolution and chat service proves to be useless. The free service is fine, but stay away from paid services and you cant depend on using a skype phone number as a business number with service like theirs.

Connection was crystal clear tonight with thousands of miles of ocean and land between us. I was using the video through FB. I would definitely recommend this app.

I have been using Skype for almost 10 years. Thanks to it I can communicate anytime with my family and friends. Some of my relatives are not tech- savy so, Skype is the option to go if I want to call them to their cellphone or landline. In my opinion, Skype is very safe, easy to use, affordable and reliable. 10 years and counting!

After the most recent update, skype has been performing mediocrely. When I answer a call, it freezes for five seconds and then the entire app shuts down. When I try to make a call, same thing happens. Might as well be making the usual phone calls without this happening. Also Im using a iPhone 6, so its not out of date and the skype on my iPhone 4 still works better than my iPhone 6.

In cell mode it doesnt switch out when you link to wifi. Every app I have ever had has switched to wifi, but Skype does not. It will go from wifi to cell. Turn of cellular data if you do not have unlimited or if you plan on joining a group call lasting more than a few minutes.

The core app functionality is there, but there are some bugs that have been around forever. Also the notification management is sloppy when working across devices.
