Improved recently.

Skype gives me the opportunity to see and talk to my mother, and she with her great grandkids. Its opened a new avenue up to her. The audio and visual quality is unmatched! Thanks for making her calls a niece pleasant and rewarding experience! Oscar

Dear Skype, Im very sad. Im a very loyal user, became your fan like 10 years ago until now..... Dont know what you doing but you forget you are existing because of the internet based communication not because who is a good singer, good cook or dont give a damm nothing about. So almost a week Im not able to log in to my account because of I have to check the internet connection thing.....telling you I have! So thank you for the past 10 years! But NOW at the 19th of April on 2017 going to look a better application for who Ill be more important than your fashion posts.

Great app love it , I first got it for minecraft but when I grew out of that it was used for dayz and other games, awesome platform

Smooth video, logical interface.

Good quality, stable connection. The only downside I can think of is that it doesnt let me video chat horizontally. Other than that, it works perfectly fine.

I would expect a better interface to the contacts list. Maybe easier, seamless contact importing from outlook and apple contacts. Its not up to the best Microsoft can offer.

Stuck on connecting status and never loads my updates conversations.

Recently Skype has become slower with connecting. It is now stuck on "Updating Conversation" I would have to close it and reopened the app to have it connect but this time its not working. Even though the conversation is already synced to the latest or last message it still "updating conversation". So right now Skype is unusable for me.

Without this app, my husband and I wouldnt be able to video chat each other from two different continents. Love Skype!!!

Big improvement from maybe two years ago when would have quite a bit more poor quality calls. This year almost every call has been great quality. The app and PC software has been slow in rolling out some functions others have. But I care most about call quality and there Skype beats the 3-4 others Ive used

My computer has been broken since last November, so I downloaded the app to keep in touch with long distance friends whos numbers I dont have. I made my account with Facebook, and I cant sign in with the app. I dont want to go through the trouble of making a new account. Can you add a Facebook feature to the app?

Please stop asking feedback after every single call I make. It seemed ok in the beginning coz I understood you were concerned about my each call and trying to improve it. But no. It started to get annoying and makes me more frustrated to ask feedback everytime I make a call. Please stop this. Thanks.

The best in both android store and Apple Store

This app has never been difficult to use, the connection is crystal clear. I have a friend in Switzerland and evidently the wifi cell phone options are very expensive in that country. If it wasnt for SKYPE my contact would be via a letter in the mail. From Los Angeles to Switzerland We can talk as if we were sitting in the same room, its fantastic! I wish Sprint was a efficient as SKYPE!

Skype used to be the best thing for me to use, but now its acting up and not letting me even open the app without it freezing or messing up, my connection is perfectly fine, its just super slow, laggy and constantly freezes, I hope you guys update soon to fix this
