I give Skype 5 stars but would give 10. I cannot make some overseas calls with my Sprint IPhone, but with Skype credit I can make overseas calls and at a reasonable price. Love this app.

I know we have messenger, hangout and whatsapp these days but none is a substitute for skype. Sooner or later you fall back to it because of quality , good bandwidth and videos.

Asks me to rate the app after every single call-maybe this will end the madness...

Consumes too much of battery of iPhone

My son told me about Skype so we could video chat when he went off to college. Now he has moved to Canada and we talk almost every day. The quality is excellent the majority of the time and you cant beat the price (nothing)!!

Very useful application to do business and to stay in touch with your family at home. I would not travel without it.

Dont know whats happening, about 3-5 updates ago it worked like perfectly fine 90% of the time but now it crashes everytime. it is slow to load, cannot handle adding people, and crashes within moments of a call. I dont know what you guys did but skype is becoming nearly unusable. I know its not my phone because my phone is new, in good condition, has more space than I can use, and fast as the day of purchase. PLEASE FIX !!

Use for intl calls. Reliable enough and calls are clear 90percent of the time when calling Asia.

Skype is above and beyond other apps similar to it.

I cant make calls to certain numbers and the Skype Team cant even help, cause they dont have any support mail or chat. For what am i am paying every month?

Keeps crashing and I cant make calls anymore cause this app is no longer stable

I had almost given up on Skype a couple of years ago, but its almost as if it reinvented itself. I use it all the time now, and have actually placed it down in my iOS dock where I used to keep my phone app. Audio is outstanding (Im on an iPhone 7 using iOS 10).

Weve use Skype to communicate with our missionary son and Jordan, France and the Netherlands. The quality of the collection depends a lot on the quality of the ISP, but Skype is a wonderful way to connect with family all over the world
