When I trying to make a call its freezing. When I pick up somebodys call, its freezing. Its become absolutely useless with last updates. :(

Microsoft, plz adds text size option, everything are too small

Works really well as long as you have a reasonable internet connection. Better than several other VOIP apps I have. It has been very stable lately and multiple person conferences have been good. I have not used the video aspect much but can say the audio phone to phone has been really good.

I am able to talk to my husband who is away because he is in the military. Our kids are able to see him, you may not realize it but you are the reason we can see our loved ones. thank you Skype?

For some reason this app no longer works for me. It wont allow me to sign in. When I enter the correct password it just keeps me on the same page without doing anything, and when I try to press enter again it tells me its the incorrect password. I have changed my password three times in the last hour and nothing works. Please fix this.

Skype is probably one of the most underrated apps, the quality of the signal is most of the time better than your cell phone carrier and landline service provider.

Its been almost a month since the last update. If you want to remain competitive you need to flatten out those bugs, big or small. Monthly updates are needed. Other than that, love this app.

I love this app, but recently its been eating up my battery life at a tremendous rate. Is this a bug, or is there a way for me to fix this myself?

Ive been using Skype from the beginning and aside from some small glitches years and years ago, it has always had the very best quality video and audio. Skype calls have saved my butt more than once allowing me to make calls over wifi in towns with zero cell service.

Calls are clear and crisp. Really recommend this app.

International calls are cheap and the voice quality is superb.

The interface is still in the nostalgic & joyful 90s yahoo/AOL style. Good memories though ;) On the other hand call quality is very good.

Ive had a Skype account for over 5 years and just this last month for no reason they began denying me access to this account! Claiming someone may be using it on another device, they have not allowed me access after numerous account recovery requests!

I just submitted a fake 2017 date for the birthday for my business Skype account, then Skype not only locked me out of using the service on the app, but also required me to provide my credit card info and CHARGED ME MONEY in order to grant my access again!!! First of all, I dont want to reveal my birthdate on my business skype account! Second, this is an AWFUL design of parental control and TERRIBLE user experience. Please re-design!

Skype works great except for the apparent sabotage by telco/Internet service providers, especially on the first call attempt(s).

Discord will make Skype useless when they add video chat.

I am a chiropractor in private practice, and an instructor who travels. I use Skype texting to communicate with my staff when Im in my treatment room and they are at their desks. Works flawlessly. Great money saver with high quality calls, especially when I travel abroad.
