Skype. Your app is not Snapchat. It will never be Snapchat. This update is seriously awful. Its buggy, its laggy, and worst of all, no one even asked for it. If youre using the old skype while reading: DO NOT UPDATE YOUR SKYPE. This update tries and fails to expand skype into more than what it is.

I have been using this app since 6 years and I didnt find any app which will come equally to this app awesome app no words to describe for it. But sometimes glitch comes but no worries it got fixed by the developers of this app. #love #skype #bestapp

Microsoft took a perfectly functioning program and f*cked it up. The money on account from the old version disappeared and my history disappeared and I couldnt find any tutorial on the new version and I had to sync all my contacts with Skype which apparently means Microsoft is now sent all my contacts all of which is disheartening. There seems to be no innovation that Microsoft wont buy out and subjugate. All that said until cell companies stop charging usurious rates for what they disingenuously and anachronistically call "international calls", pretending there is something called the PSTN, I will use Skype for international calls. The functionality they destroyed is breathtaking. Its as if the require their QA people to be morons. There is nothing that others can innovate that Microsoft cant mess up. The only thing they invented was giving their operating system away on Intel platforms. After they stole it from Digital Research. Disgusting. A typical American success story.

Phone calls are just not working, nothing sounds, I dont get any alert of any kind, I just get a message of "missed call".

This is horrible. This is everything I did not want in Skype. Theyre just trying to fit in with all of the other so-called cute apps. Large failure, in my opinion.

Literally the worst ui Ive ever seen. Its confusing like people have previously stated. A lot of the functionality of previous versions has been removed. Hitting enter on mobile always seems to activate the microphone no matter how soft I touch the enter icon. Fix this

Doesnt sync with desktop in timely manner hard to navigate.

I never get notifications, this app is pretty much useless.

Terrible interface, clunky, doesnt work to flip camera... cant find menu nothing work.. Dont deserve even 1 star

the new version is garbage. the design is ugly. The noises are annoying, the little waves too. It keeps crashing and takes ages to send a message. Calls are hard to make. Bring back the old skype PLEASE. This new app wont be downloaded a lot. People are just going to delete it.
