Skype for iPhone App Reviews

Constantly break features. You have to add every person manually to a conference call. They should be able to call you and join. This is crazy for it to be so hard to add people to your group. The way they have it set up it is basically only for Skype to Skype users. Even if you pay the extra and have a phone number thru Skype and have payed for your minutes. If I could give it zero stars I would. There are tons of apps that will work for group chat as long as everyone has that same app. Skype should be set up for use without your participants having to be Skype users.

The new version lacks clarity on the new buttons, turning the aplicativo not intuitive

Miss the old version, its hard to call, It takes forever to ring and the other person usually never gets it until after it hangs up, very odd. Other than that I think Skype is a pretty good app, the calls are mainly smooth and you can do group calls which i really like.Thats all

why do i need credit

It seems that the International Calling is not working anymore ?.

Its slow, theres unnecessary changes, and the messages dont even send! Ive got great wifi and it takes like, 15 minutes to send a message!!! Fix that!!!

Terrible user experience, just bought a skype number and cant find where the info is on it or how to use it. Hate the loading icon, slow to load anything and basically gone backwards in all features. If this is the result of Microsoft acquisition effects, Im not terribly surprised but why wreck a good thing?

I dont like to not be able to see when someone is online or not.

The new layout isnt that bad though I do prefer the old one. A lot of new features of unoriginal to be honest. The new layout is much more confusing and this stresses me out. I figure out one thing but it seems wrong for it to be like. Such as deleting conversations, what if I wanted to delete a lot of conversations. For this new layout I cant just swipe because it takes me to that unoriginal Snapchat remake every social media app is now adding on. Its disappointing.

I had skype for a good 7 years and was the best way to keep in touch with a friend that lives far away. When I received the email about downloading the newest version of skype or my account would be deleted, I downloaded it. I was able to use my skype up until today when I found out my account was deleted! This makes me so upset that they would do this even when I downloaded the newest version! Completely disappointed!!

Travel overseas all the time and this helps me keep in touch with the family. Love it!

Please go back to the way Skype was a few months ago. Its super bloated now, I hate it

In an era where simplifying UIs and making the user experience more intuitive, this new version of Skype does the opposite: It is ugly, clunky, unintuitive, frustrating to use etc. Its like using windows 95 except worse. I deleted it. There are lots of alternates out there.
