Skype for iPhone App Reviews

Its a great app when you just want to call people. But when you start multitasking(playing apps while on call) it can really slow down the performance of your phone.It also takes about load when you open up the app, but besides that its a pretty good app!

Since 2 years ago and two different iPhones, calls doesnt ring all the time and I miss calls no matter if the iPhone is locked or not, even if the connection is trough wifi, app is always running in background. Sometimes it works but after many rings.

Video call should be able to make it small while doing something else on my phone

All its says is sent when I send a message does it say delivered or anything and it doesnt show any of my friends profile pictures

Using Skype while on an iphone leaves apple iphone lovers wishing 1. they could hear the ring of the incoming phone call 2. the phone call would ring more than once before going to answering machine, 3. skype would allow the user not the app to set their required volume level by including ring volume setting.

Nice app for long distance friendships!

My calls keep failing before we even get 5 minutes some times it fails before that! Please fix this so i can actually see who im talking to for more than 5 minites!!!

This app allows me to stay connected with my family in Colombia, regardless of where I am. Rates for phone calls are pretty reasonable. Quality of calls is very good most of the time.

Needs more update on video calling, make it more stable please. Overall great app.

App freezes constantly when I try to talk to my gf that lives 4 hours away. Switched to FaceTime because she has a Mac and I have an iPhone. This is getting rediculous. And we both have a great internet connection so I know thats not the problem.

It does not give you a perfect screen. It is always pixelated and it freezes more than ever. Sometimes you cant even hear the other person. If it were up to me, I do not wish to recommend this to any more people than you already have.

While sailing and Antigua and Granada in the Caribbean I required plane reservation changes and was able to complete them without any issues there by lowering the frustration of last-minute changes

Call Quality is good

The iPhone version works great. But the Apple Watch version crashes whenever I open it. I use the Apple Watch app often and its a shame to see it not work at all.

Best App!

I really love Skype but there have been many problems since the last up data from lags (not getting messages for hours or not at all) to logging out but unable to get back in even though my data is correct. I have also uninstalled and the reinstalled the app. Sadly it still wont let me back in.

I probably wouldve given this 5 stars but heres the thing, why do I need space to be able to be on skype, it got all the space it needed and I shouldnt have to do anything more because it needs space, you all really need to fix this, immediately
