Skype for iPhone App Reviews

I hate the fact that everyone uses this terrible app/program. Both the iPhone and PC versions are utter trash. Unusable half the time. Awful app.

You should add at least 7+ people can be added to calls, because I have a squad and we have 10 people in our squad. So we have to call 4 on a phone and 4 on a computer and then someone else has to get their computer and call the other 2.

please develop Screen functionality for iPhone 6 or lower models

Ive used this a few times, when the Mac version is cranky (it requires establishing a Facebook link even if you dont use it or have an account). The current iOS update is 97.7MB!!! How can this be, the App Store says its a 81.4MB app. Evidently nobody there gives a rip. For what exactly should I consume nearly 100MB of data?! And then again & again with so many updates??? As apps load on dubious "features" theyre becoming bloated & this one is a stellar example. Like our data plan, memory or bandwidth is free - NOT! I want off the frequent update & bloat bandwagon!!! Every data hungry app should have a real time data consumption meter. PS Some time ago it was published Skype had facilitated NSA et al bugging the conversations - still?! Tell us about how the app is secure against spying eyes!!!

Can you make a update to where we can tell if the person has read or seen our message? I would like to have that so I can tell if they have seen the message I sent to them. Thank you.

It works great, on computer but iphone 6 has drop issues with it, other then that I like it

Dont nag me to rate the app. Wheres the release notes? Why should I install this update, specifically?

Good app. Free calls. Overseas travel helper. Can buy minutes to call my grandmas flip phone. 10 bucks plan has lasted me a while

My camera keeps blacking out or turning off on my iPhone if I leave the app or a message like low battery pops up when Im video chatting. Please fix this.

It would be cool if there was screen share. Overall love the app

Skype has enabled millions to connect when it would not have been possible for so many! Yes, I am sure there is issues as with everything,yet Skype keeps pushing to improve. I personally am glad I had Skype during very tough times to talk to friends in other countries. You can choose to continue to use Skype or not... Yet, complaining verses giving ideas/solutions is a waste of time including yours! Again, thank you to those who are continually working on Skype to make it better!

Need some updates last seen and profile picture download

It would be greatly appreciated if skype would allow people being added to calls without the whole call hanging up and making a new one. I will be talking to my friend and when we want to add another person to the call, the whole call must hang up and a new one has to be mad which is really annoying.

Great to have for communication with friends, I have a group of around 5 people and I can clearly communicate with them. I definitely recommend this app for everyone. Just a couple bugs and glitches

I use Skype because Im not able to use FaceTime with the person Im trying to video chat with. Sometimes the call gets all pixel looking and I cant even see the picture of the person Im chatting. It also lags a lot. I hope these problems get fixed.

Agree with j0l0p3 ! This is the most , worst , horrible , ... problem on skype !!!!!!!! Always missed my calls . It wont ring when my phone is locked or working with another ! Only recevied calls when Im working with skype app . Please fix this horrible problem .

I like Skype to keep in touch with people that live far away, but when they call or text it doesnt notify me and I miss important stuff they have to say to me.

The new video conference tool is phenomenal, I assume its subject to having a good connection, but it was great!

This app is pretty good except for one minor issue I came across. Whenever I was in another tab, and I get a message in Skype, I cant actually see the message in the app anymore. Its like the phone is lagging. Please fix this in a future update.
