On the skype update summary it said, "We are listening to your feedback." But are you? Are you really? I used your application because it was business presentable, easy to access, but now it looks like a preteen mess. My boss questions the legitimacy of your company, as you dont "listen to feedback." Modernization does not mean the obliteration of simplicity, which is exactly what you did. The new skype theme is terrible. Change the theme back to its origin. The application now runs much slower, and you lose most of the original features. Oh, but I can change what colour my messages show as. Hooray. Whats with the highlights thing? Oh? Whats this? Another app copying snapchat? Great. I cannot change my skype status, online status, it lags, it is slow, it was cooler before the theme change. The old sounds are better, it was cleaner, smoother, and comfortable. Had I the ability, I would give no stars. Suggestion. Have split feedback between those liking and disliking the new theme? Allow the user to choose what theme they want. Or create another application that is the previous theme, and just do monthly bug patches. I know this isnt an original idea, but it would make your company more versatile. Might require more people power, but youd satisfy the masses.
