Could not transfer skype credit need fix ASAP.!

Before the latest update, the app was great. I gave it five stars. But they took a good app and made it TERRIBLE. I dont even want to use it anymore, its so unpleasant to use now with the new theme. We should at least have an option to go back to the old version. Id give this version zero stars if I could, its that bad. Please PLEASE listen to your users and change it back to the better version. The app used to be so great.

Im not receiving notifications for getting messages, I have to open the app to see I have a message. Its irritating

UI is so bad cant adjusts others cameras when in group chat

Still looking but seems impossible to dial an extension, or to modify a contact.

Functionality wise there are some degradation. I hope youll improve it in future.

Let me go offline without having to signout. Also an important feature was removed after years of having this. I want to change my status to online, invisible or offline. Also let me have the main list of my contacts showing always like it used to be. I dont want to have to tap on something to open a contact list.

Skype is one of the best apps that let me contact my family members who live overseas. Unfortunately, the latest updates made it more buggy in my opinion?Hopefully, future updates will fix some of the bugs??

Cant even view a contacts phone number when I need it urgently. I dont understand, why someone would hide a phone number under a contacts view? You cant even see/edit a contacts phone number?? Excuse me?? Why??

Call me old-fashioned (i.e., I use Skype for business conference calls on mobile), but I like to know whether my microphone is live/muted without having to tap my phone constantly. Is there some reason to maximize blank space on the screen? Please show the status icons again.

We dont need "highlights" and "capture". Its just Skype, dont try to create another messenger. You must to improve communications quality. Its important for us, users.

What have you done? This is a stellar example of fixing something that isnt broken. Skype was perfectly fine before. It is now a huge pain. You have found a way to ruin a perfectly good app.

I cant see who is online, busy, or on dont disturb. My indication whatsoever. The iPhone app is very limited.

Skype allows me to see and speak to my friends all over the world, so that we are always in touch, even when we dont see each other for years. The connection is usually very good, sometimes less so, but still good enough.

Yesterday I updated Skype and when I tried to make a call, my iphone 6+ crashed with no reason when I tried to use the speakerphone feature. For about 5 minutes, I could not use the phone at all due to Skype app got hanged? The new design is gloomy and downgraded in a way? Can you bring back old previous bright colored ones because I do not see any design improvement or Skype is now difficult to use and finding features are not simplified? Simplicity was the best feature but Skype took it away. Please fix these!!!

Its unusable. Cards? No indicators. Nothing useful. Its sad a great program in the beginning and a great idea has turned many people away. In over a month, you still havent made any improvements. Were numbers that low or Microsoft that desperate to compete.
