I do not like the new update I can no longer see whos online and its very confusing I loved how the mobile app use to look

The group calling is my favorite feature but I am not a fan of the new look. The call quality has improved from a few years ago. I think FaceTime group calling will give Skype a run for its money

Skype killed itself and stabbed its mobile customers in the back 3 times with this new update. UI is ugly, app crashes, messages dont send, calls fail. The update literally ruins the apps main functionality. Im uninstalling, and I suggest you do the same.

But its great app to be connected with friends.

The latest version is absolutely awful. You cant see whos online from contacts, favorites are gone, interface is terrible. Im going to switch to other apps its so bad. What are you guys thinking doing the app dev???

I didnt like at first, but have started to enjoy some of the new features more. Still issues with the time stamp info. with your contacts, which bugs. Suppose to have been a fix, still happens, but not as often.

This is a complete and utter eyesore. You cant see readily who is online, if messages have been sent or seen, it is generally an awful update. Why mess with such a workable interface and implement this? My young daughter and I use(d) Skype frequently to text and message now she cant figure out how to know when I am online and can text her back. Please fix this to where it is easy to use again.

My friends cant call me because they have an older version of Skype, this is ridiculous! Needs fixing

I love Skype that has literally held my global family together. Didnt even notice that there is a new version, its so seamless! Thank you extremely much!!!!

Bring back the old format :( I dont want Snapchat here. I have that elsewhere. Functionality has been ruined.

The Skype before was simple and easy to use. You could see who was online and you were able to change your own status. Now, you cant see whos online, cant change your status and the navigation throughout the app is more difficult than it needs to be. I understand that Skype wants to be hip and I see the similarities between Skype and other apps such as instagram and Snapchat, but a lot of older people use Skype and Im not sure theyll be able to navigate. I much preferred the older version.

There is not one thing that Microsoft touches without making it more complicated and less intuitive

This is the worst update of any app ever made! Who wanted to ruin skype and why?? Shame on you! WHERE ARE ALL MY SKYPE CONTACTS!!!? Thank goodness I only updated on iPhone. The interface and therefore the update makes no sense whatsoever!! Bring back the old app, and fire whoever needs to get fired to make it what it used to be!

New version is horrible. Not sure who is online. Not sure who uses some of the new features.
