Pet peeve, holding the phone over the ear normally puts the kbd in landscape, it take 1-2 sec to switch to portrait so that numbers csn be dialed in if needed.

Many, many bugs in the new version like skype sometimes sending unfinished messages while the entire message is still for some reason in the text box, using suggested text completion shows the correction in the text box but reverses the correction when sending, occasional messages fail to send in clear connection for no reason, various other issues with failing to send things, and literally any text thats changed via command prompt fails the properly change the message as well

This new interface is horrible.

If its actually not working for people I understand the 1 star reviews but for me its not that bad. The new version just doesnt seem to show the right number of unread messages. And not seeing contacts status is a very strange design decision. The new design is gutsy and I respect it when someone dares to try something different rather than sticking to existing boring design ideas. But removing key features will piss people off...

When we can wait for an appropriate update, which deletes all elements of the new design and returned statuses? Does it make sense to wait? Turn back the version with the old design and function. 1 always until you respond to the reviews your customers. ДАЙТЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТЬ ОТКАТИТЬСЯ ДО СТАРОЙ ВЕРСИИ.

The new update is very difficult to use.

Literally the most frustrating app Ive ever experienced. I couldnt hear the person I was talking to, its a one in a million chance of the call even connecting, and the call fails multiple times. Also both me and the other person were using wifi so theres no bad service excuse.

I dont know who designed this app and who approved it, but its literally one of the ugliest apps Ive ever used. It has two themes, both of which are terrible. Its literally hard to tell which messages are read and which are unread. Text is too big on large phones. Just all around a major downgrade from the previous UI (which wasnt amazing but at least didnt get in the way of usability like this one does). Aside from that, its fairly functional. Notifications are good and the app opens decently quickly.

Skype is a bad now. A new update to fix is appreciated. Needed many. -Mace Windu

This update makes the app functionally unusable! I cant even find a way to see whos online. Is there? The app has actually become infuriating to use.

The most EXPENSIVE app to call landlines! I feel ripped off big time. DO Not waste your money if you want to use this app to make calls. Also This is a very unreliable app. Use it every time you need a dose of frustration!

"the app does not work for making calls to regular lines at this time." I wrote that half a year ago, however I cannot verify if its still true because my CREDITS DISAPPEARED. Please learn from my mistakes.

The App is always crashing and the design its awful

The English language lacks words to sufficiently describe how terrible the 8.2.1 update is. It should be used as an example of how not to design an app. Everyone involved in its production should be fired immediately and blacklisted from ever developing an app again. Im giving it one star only because theres no way that I know of to give it zero or negative stars.

I dont know what you guys have done in the past couple of weeks, but I can no longer receive phone calls. I can call out ok. Also, even though I have the unlimited plan, AND skype credit, I cant send any skype messages nor texts. Please fix this!
